It is not veterinary advice, it is not a diagnosis, and it cannot account for the individual animal in front of you. Anything concerning the health, injury or safety of a specific animal belongs with a qualified veterinarian.

Articles link to organisations whose published guidance informed them. Those organisations are independent of Animalverse; we do not control their content and their appearance here is not an endorsement of everything they publish.
